Refund policy

We're happy to accept returns on any of our standard or vintage items if notified within 14 days of delivery. Custom items are not eligible for return.  Returns must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in new/unused condition.  For vintage cast iron, this means the skillet must not have been cooked in/seasoned by the buyer.

Once we receive the item, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued to the account used to make the purchase.  The Forge at Pleasant Valley Farm is not responsible for return shipping. Customized items are not returnable.
