Vintage unmarked Wagner Ware skillet set, including sizes #3, #5 and #7. Skillets measure 6.5", 8" and 9.75", respectively. Made in the Sidney, Ohio foundry between the 1930's and 1950's.
Wagner Wares of this era are equal in quality to Griswolds of the time. These were an estate sale find but have been professionally restored. They are a real piece of vintage Americana from about 80 years ago!
No cracks or chips. The #3 has some beautiful swirl marks from the original factory milling on the cooking surface, #5 has a small area of light rust pitting, and the #7 has a nice milled cooking surface with some minor utensil marks. The pans, especially the #5 &#, wobble and have some spin. They do not sit completely flat. Not suitable for glass top stoves but will work well on a gas stove, in the oven, on the grill, or over a campfire. Minor utensil wear to cooking surfaces but overall in great shape. They are rust free, professionally restored via electrolysis. They have been seasoned with multiple coats of grape seed oil. A great assortment for cooking a variety of dishes!
