I could not be happier with this purchase! The seller answered my question quickly, the poker was made with a special request and arrived super fast. My Dad passed away 2 years ago and we like to sit around the fire pit in the enclosure built. This poker literally brought tears to my eyes. It is something he would have loved to receive as a gift. 100% cannot thank you enough and Highly recommend this seller!

Very unpleasant experience with this seller. The item itself was sturdy, but doesn't fit standard doors. I properly packed up the items with tracking and mailed them to the seller, and the seller claimed that I sent an empty box. Instead of trying to figure out if maybe something went wrong along the way out of my control, the seller right off the bat accused me of sending an empty box as if I took my precious time and spent my precious money just to scam a few dollars off of some rando on the Internet. It was insulting and ridiculous and the seller's negative assumption without working with me to figure out if we both were being scammed by the post office made me think that the seller just wanted to be first to accuse me so that I couldn't even accuse them. 0/10 would not recommend and would never do business again 👎👎👎
I'm sorry you did not have a 5 star experience with us. We do note these hooks will not fit all doors in the description, and that you need a minimum 1/8' clearance between the door and frame for them to work properly. When you reached out, we encouraged you to return them for a full refund. The box we received had no merchandise, and no signs that it was opened or damaged that would let us file a USPS claim. We messaged to let you know that because of that, our Etsy shop would not be able to issue a refund. We then encouraged you to reach out to Etsy Support for further assistance. As expected, Etsy provided you with a full refund, which you chose not to mention. We felt that it was the most reasonable way to handle an unfortunate situation, I'm sorry you did not agree with our policies.
