Hand Forged Fire Poker with Twisted Handle

This hand forged fire poker is made of 1/2" salvaged steel rebar, and measures about 36" in length. The end is great for adjusting your firewood for the perfect flames. It features a decorative handle that measures about 6" in length and is made of 2" square stock steel which is individually hand twisted in our forge before being securely welded to the rebar portion. The extra length compared to most pokers means you can stand back a little further if the fire is really hot! It is given a black painted finish.

Although each fire poker is made to look like the one pictured, slight differences do occur since each is individually hand made using fire, anvil, and hammers in our blacksmith shop here on our Pennsylvania farm. Sizes are approximate. Hand forged metal work is handmade to order and requires a 2 week processing time before shipping. We're also happy to do custom work upon request.
