This listing is for a pair of custom deadbolt latches in the pictured style, each customized to have a slightly longer bolt with a hole drilled near the tip to accommodate a clip or snap hook. This two piece latch features a sliding deadbolt that fits into a hand forged plate. The sliding bolt will be made of 1" wide strap steel and a bit longer than the standard 11". The handle comes away from the wall about 5". The mounting plate for the bolt measures 8" wide x 4" high. The receiver plate measures 2" wide x 4" high. They can be mounted facing right or left. They will be given an oil finish to inhibit rust.
