Cast iron gem pan, commonly called a Turk's Head pan. This makes 6 fluted muffins, cakes, or meatloaves. Pan measures 11" long, 13" including handles, and 7.75" wide. Each mold is about 3" wide by 1" deep. This pan has gatemarks on the underside of the center molds but is otherwise unmarked, the foundry that made it is unknown.
Vintage find, please see photos. In beautiful condition for a piece that is likely 100+ years old. No cracks, chips or rust pitting. Some molds have casting flaws inside as shown.
Professionally restored via electrolysis and given multiple coats of grapeseed oil seasoning. Ready for use or display.
