Vintage Wagner Ware 7 slot corn stick cornbread pan. Made by Wagner Ware of Sidney, Ohio, these glass baking pans were produced in the 1940's when iron and aluminum were being rationed as they were important for making equipment for WWII. This pan is 13" long and 6" wide and will make 7 corn cob shaped pieces. Perfect for cornbread! It is marked Wagner Ware on both handles.
Vintage find, please see photos. In excellent condition with no chips or cracks. There are a couple small bubbles in the glass from the manufacturing process. An unusual piece of Wagner Ware, or a fun way to make corn sticks for folks who are intimidated by cooking with cast iron.
