Vintage Griswold #6 cast iron skillet with large block logo, dates from 1930-1939. Made in Erie Pennsylvania, only about 60 miles from our farm. Fully restored and seasoned so it is ready for use or display. Measures 13.75" long including handle, 9.25" across and 2" deep. This skillet had a catalog number of 699 A. It weighs 3 lbs 4 oz.
No cracks or chips, has a one card wobble if pressed at the pour spouts. Light utensil marks and a few spots of flea bites, please see photos. These should season in over time. The skillet is still in good condition for regular use. The underside is in beautiful condition but does have a few casting flaws. It is rust free, professionally restored via electrolysis. It has been seasoned with multiple coats of grapeseed oil. Ready for use or display.
