Very nice vintage Griswold #7 cast iron skillet with large block logo and heat ring, dates from 1920-1929. Made in Erie Pennsylvania, only about 60 miles from our farm. Fully restored and seasoned so it is ready for use or display. Measures 14.75" long including handle, 10" across and 2" deep. This skillet had a catalog number of 701 H.
Estate find, please review all photos for more information on condition. No cracks or chips, in very good condition overall. Cooking surface is beautifully smooth with just a few utensil marks. This will be an excellent choice for cooking or to add to your collection. One card wobble if pressed on granite at room temperature. It is rust free, professionally restored via electrolysis. It has been seasoned with multiple coats of grapeseed oil. Ready for use or display.
