Nice vintage Griswold Aebleskiver Pan. Marked Griswold, No. 32, Made in USA, 962. Made in the 1960's-1970's after the Erie, PA foundry closed. Measures 9.5" across, 14.25" including handle, and is 2" high. Has 7 round divots, each measures 2.5" across and 1.5" deep.
Aebelskiver or Ebelskiver pans are used to make small, fluffy, doughnut-like snacks. Each cup is filled with a small amount of oil and dough is added and fried. These are also commonly used to poach eggs or make apple cakes.
