Vintage Griswold #7 cast iron skillet with small block logo, hinge tab and late handle, dates from 1944-1957. Made in Erie Pennsylvania, only about 60 miles from our farm. Fully restored and seasoned so it is ready for use or display. Measures 15.25" long including handle and hinge tab, 10" across and 2" deep. This skillet had a catalog number of 2507 A.
No cracks or chips, in good condition overall. Light utensil marks on cooking surface, please see photos. Imperfections in color will season in with use and is still in good condition for regular use. Sits flat at room temperature in a granite counter. It is rust free, professionally restored via electrolysis. It has been seasoned with multiple coats of grape seed oil. Ready for use or display.
