Beautiful vintage cast aluminum roasting pan, made by Guardian Service sometime between 1933-1956. It has the hammered aluminum finish and the distinctive Guardian Service handles and is stamped Guardian Service with the knight's head underneath. Roaster measures 15" across including handles, 10" wide, and 3.75" deep. Large enough for a sizable roast or a whole chicken! Lid is glass and features the knight on both sides and a distinctive handle.
Vintage estate find, please see photos. Lid is in nearly new condition other than a few scratches underneath. No cracks or chips. Roaster is in nice condition as well but does have some pitting inside on the cooking surface. Some wear to logo on underside of roaster. Roaster does not sit flat and is not recommended for glass top stoves but will work as intended on gas stoves or in the oven.
