This hand forged fire poker is made of 3/8" square stock steel, and measures about 24" in length. The harpoon tip is great for adjusting your firewood for the perfect flames. It features a decorative handle that measures about 5" long and is about 1.75" wide. It is made from one piece of steel from the handle to harpoon style tip so there is nothing to come loose while you are using it! It is given a flat black painted finish.
Although each fire poker is made to look like the one pictured, slight differences do occur since each is individually hand made using fire, anvil, and hammers in our blacksmith shop here on our Pennsylvania farm. All sizes are approximate. Hand forged metal work is handmade to order and requires a two week processing time before shipping. American-made quality designed to last a lifetime and beyond! We have other styles and sizes of fire pokers available here as well.
