This hand forged fire poker is made of 1/2" salvaged steel rebar, and measures about 33" in length. The end is great for adjusting your firewood for the perfect flames. It features a decorative handle that measures about 6" long and is about 2" wide. The decoratice scroll at the end also doubles as a thumb rest for a secure grip. Although each fire poker is made to look like the one pictured, slight differences do occur since each is individually hand made using a coal fire, anvil, and hammers in our blacksmith shop here on our Pennsylvania farm. We make these up as they are ordered, so we currently have a 2-week shipping estimate on all hand forged orders. We're also happy to do custom work upon request. All our hand-forged metal work is made with a coal fire, anvil, hammers & other hand tools, just as a blacksmith would have used years ago. American-made quality designed to last a lifetime and beyond! We have other styles and sizes of fire pokers, plus more hand forged metal work for sale here.
PLEASE NOTE: All hand forged items are made to order and will take approximately 2 weeks to create and ship.
