In good to very good condition for age. Minor wear to corners and cover edges. Pencil inscription on inside cover page, back cover has a library pocket from the Rushford Free Library of Rushford, N.Y. Occasional smudges or small stains inside, but pages are in good condition and binding is intact. Very readable copy if handled gently, or use it as a fascinating display!
