The Union Standard Equipment Company specialized in offering affordable, rebuilt machines and had a wide assortment of industrial candy machines available. This catalog shows everything from kettles to packaging equipment and has machines for many specialized purposes like roasting peanuts, beating marshmallows, cutting caramel, making chewing gum, and much more.
Vintage copy in very good condition. Wear to cover is minor, all pages are intact. Binding is in good condition, this is a very readable copy. A few written marks inside but otherwise in fabulous condition for something over 80 years old!
