1923 copy of Building with Assurance by Morgan. This is the second edition. It has a beautifully embossed imitation leather cover and has many color illustrations inside. This would have been a showroom catalog for a home builder. It has housing styles, floor plans, and options for elements like doors, fireplaces, furniture,windows and more. A fascinating look at home building in the 1920's.
Antique estate find, please see photos. The cover has some wear to corners and spine as well as a crease of the front cover. In excellent condition otherwise - pages are intact, binding is tight, color illustrations are still vibrant.
