Vintage 1927 copy of Muirhead's London and it's Environs, edited by Findlay Muirhead and part of the Blue Guides. This is a third edition copy and also includes the detachable Appendix, which contains plans of London, street index, and routes and stops for cabs, omnibuses, tramways and underground railways. The main guide features a complete atlas of London plus 33 additional maps and plans of famous landmarks like the Tower of London and St. Paul's Cathedral. The text has an incredible amount of detail, going as far as to include the names of some of the more famous animals you may see at the zoo as well as expected information about places to eat, sleep, shop and explore. The appendix is full of maps including street level maps, tube stops and more. The main guide is 549 pages.

Appears to have all original maps and the fold out maps are in good to very good condition as well. Binding is secure and pages are not yellow or brittle. Has original fabric bookmark.
