These reusable wraps are handmade on my 1913 Singer treadle machine. 100% cotton is used to make rice bags which hold heat or cold. The rice is scented with pure lavender and chamomile essential oils. Lavender and chamomile are both known for their wonderful relaxing and healing qualities. The bags measure approximately 5" wide and 18" long and are filled with 2 pounds of food grade rice. They mold nicely to any contour to deliver heat or cold as well as relaxing aromatherapy. Throw it in the microwave for a minute or two and enjoy up to a half hour of relaxing heat. Great for achy joints, tired muscles, neck tension or menstrual cramps. Or, throw in the freezer to enjoy a cooling neck wrap or to apply cold to injuries. To keep the scent for as long as possible, we recommend keeping it in the recoverable bag it comes in so the oils do not evaporate when not in use.

I get neck pain from working hard and driving long distances and muscles get tight.. the oils in this bag relax me instantly and when put in the microwave the warmth helps relax my neck and shoulders. I love it!

Love it! It smells wonderful and the scent is plenty strong. Heated in the microwave for a few seconds and it has a relaxing moist heat or pop it in the fridge for 10 minutes for relief from tense muscles/headaches. Nice and hefty. I would recommend putting it in a ziplock and removing the air as soon as you’re done with it to preserve the scent.
