These reusable wraps are handmade on my 1913 Singer treadle machine. 100% cotton is used to make rice bags which hold heat or cold. The bags measure approximately 5" wide and 18" long and are filled with 2 pounds of food grade rice. They mold nicely to any contour to deliver heat or cold as well as relaxing aromatherapy. Throw it in the microwave for a minute or two and enjoy up to a half hour of relaxing heat. Great for achy joints, tired muscles, neck tension or menstrual cramps. Or, throw in the freezer to enjoy a cooling neck wrap or to apply cold to injuries.
