Nice vintage Wagner Ware #9 cast iron skillet griddle, catalog number 1109. Made in Sidney, Ohio sometime in the 1930's-1950's. It is marked with the stylized Wagner Ware logo and 1109 E on the bottom. It measures 10.25" across cooking surface, 15" in overall length including handle, and is 10.75" across bottom.
Wagner Wares of this era are equal in quality to Griswolds of the time. This was an estate sale find but has been professionally restored. It is a real piece of vintage Americana from about 80 years ago!
No cracks or chips. Slight wobble if pressed, not recommended for glass top stoves. Bottom is gorgeous, but please review all photos. Cooking surface has a few utensil marks from use, a couple flea bites of rust pitting but also some original swirl marks from factory milling are still visible. It is rust free, professionally restored via electrolysis. It has been seasoned with multiple coats of grapeseed oil.
