Here is a hard to find vintage Wagner Ware cast iron skillet, size #2, made in Sidney Ohio sometime around 1924. It is marked with the stylized Wagner Ware logo and 2 on the bottom, no catalog number. It measures 6" across, 10" in overall length including handle, and is 1 3/8" deep. Although small, this is one of the rarest sizes of cast iron skillet.
Wagner Wares of this era are equal in quality to Griswolds of the time. This was an estate sale find but has been professionally restored. It is a real piece of vintage Americana from about 100 years ago!
No cracks or chips. Slight wobble (about one card) if pressed, no spin. As shown, flea bite rust pitting is visible across the cooking surface. Please see photos. The underside is in beautiful condition for display. It is rust free, professionally restored via electrolysis. It has been seasoned with multiple coats of grapeseed oil.
