Cast aluminum deep skillet or chicken fryer with lid made by Wagner Ware in Sidney, Ohio in the 1920's. Both pieces have the hammered aluminum finish and the skillet features an original wooden handle. Skillet measures 10.5" across, 17.25" with handle, and is 3"deep. Skillet weighs 1 lb 13 oz, and 3 lb 2 oz with lid.
Vintage find, please see photos. Skillet has some pitting to the cooking surface as shown but is still in usable condition. Significant spin/wobble, not recommended for glass top stoves. The exterior is in excellent condition and will look great on display. Cleaned gently with dish soap.
