Vintage Wagner Ware deep skillet/chicken fryer, size 8. Marked with an 8 on the upper handle and the stylized Wagner Ware logo, 1088 S on bottom. Made in the Sidney, Ohio foundry between the 1930's and 1950's. Measures 10.25" across, 15.75" in length including handle and helper handle, and is 3" deep.
Wagner Wares of this era are equal in quality to Griswolds of the time. This was an estate sale find but has been professionally restored. It is a real piece of vintage Americana from about 80 years ago!
